Slazenger is a British sporting goods company that produced its first golf ball in 1891, the “Guttie.” Now, the company is recognized by its famous panther logo, first registered in 1963. For a long time, the Slazenger was mostly used in Tour play by the pros, simply because of lack of marketing. Slazenger has really become more of a household name, thanks in part to the dynamic ball itself, and in part to Ace.
